Only verified non-hardcore pictures can be set as preview. If your picture of choice is not verified yet, just move it in a public folder and it'll be verified within seconds.

Hardcore pictures can not be set as profile picture using the site.
You can set your main profile picture by clicking on 'more', next to your profile picture, on the left-hand side of the screen » 'Picture' » 'Picture Management' » select an album and click or tap the picture you’d like to to use as your main photo » click on ‘Set as Main Photo’, bottom right. On smaller screens, click or tap instead on the icon of a picture (bottom right).
Note: on smaller screens, the 'more' option is in the bottom-right corner.
ROMEO Android
Hardcore pictures can't be set as main picture while softcore ones can but only with our app UNCUT.
You can set your main profile picture by tapping on the sidebar menu icon ☰ » 'Manage pictures' » tap on the picture you want to make your main picture » tap the 3 blue square dots on top right » select 'Use as main picture.'
ROMEO iOS
Hardcore and softcore pictures can not be set as main picture.
You can set your main profile photo by clicking on the gear-wheel icon » 'Manage pictures' » tap on the image you'd like to to use as your main picture » select 'Edit' (top right) and 'Set as Main Picture' (bottom).
